Bill (Owner) was great. I don't order flowers often, but he was full of recommendations and got me to a solution for my needs really quickly which is what I was looking for. Highly recommended Koneys and it always feels good to support a local business directly instead of going through one of the big flower aggregators that always take their cut from the transaction. Well I decided to do something special for a friend today. Since she lives on the other coast I used my favorite search engine to find a florist. Money’s Kreations came up so I called. My first impression when the phone was answered was wow. So I have to admit I dislike calling places and getting AI or and IVR. However, the person’s voice on the IVR was extremely cheerful, upbeat, and you could hear the genuine excitement in his voice as he was explaining about their flowers and products. It was honestly an amazing experience. When Bill answered the phone he was extremely polite and very cheerful. I introduced myself and explained my situation. He asked a few questions to get more information, explained the freshness of their roses and flowers. I mentioned what I was looking for, and he was honest actually mentioned downsizing my order due to the fact what I was purchasing would be amazing, beautiful, breathtaking and would be more then plenty for two dozen. (Honesty always an amazing thing especially in today’s world!!). I told him the creativeness is completely up to him and I trust his judgement 100%. I paid a great price and so it began the process. Customer service, genuine kindness and somebody who genuinely enjoys what they do is such a rarity into days world. I am glad I found Kosey’s today. I am glad I had the pleasure of meeting Bill and I am honored to help a small business who just wants their place in this world. So do yourself a favor when you are in need floral arrangements and shop with Kosey’s and ask for Bill! I am sure all the employees are just as great as he is! They now have a customer for life!
